xiaomi_miot_raw: Yeelight Wireless Switch S1 - Not work

I add Xiaomi Miot Raw integration from HACS to HA Add Xiaomi MIOT Integration to HA (Mi Account) Add Yeelight Wireless Switch S1 Integration to HA, but no devices or sensors for this switch Log:

Was the button sensor also in unavailable state?

The sub-entity should follow the state of its main entity. Perhaps we should make a special behavior towards this.
