gnirehtet: Panic: Not an Ipv4 packet, version=6

Using Gnirehtet version 2.1, I get the panic:

thread 'main' panicked at 'Not an Ipv4 packet, version=6', src/relay/ipv4_packet_buffer.rs:44:12

This is triggered reliably by running Syncthing on both the laptop and the phone.
