We do find that the VS Code version can make a difference too, and can be why it will work one month and then stop the next (since the Insiders release is about a month ahead of the VS Code). We haven’t officially said that 16+GB RAM are required yet, but we have found that a sizable number of users have issues with less RAM than that.
