PWAsForFirefox: Failed to patch the runtime: Permission denied (os error 13)

I realize that the problem is probably on my side, but I have no idea which exact permissions are missing. I would suggest improving the error message or log to include details, so the user will be able to fix this.

Gentoo Linux, native part installed from sources, tag v2.4.1 Followed all instruction (I think), plugin finished installation, downloaded runtime, no additional options selected.

Directory ~/.local/share/firefoxpwa/runtime/ has runtime files, they are owned by my user and are definitely writable. Log file has this:

22:44:19 [ERROR] Failed to process request

Caused by:
    0: Failed to patch the runtime
    1: Permission denied (os error 13)

JS console does not show anything of interest.
