fastlane: Pilot: Cannot remove testers from app / list ignores group

Issue Description
I am able to remove testers from an app group, but not from the app completely. They still appear under the All Testers tab on ITC. This perhaps would not be an issue, but when I do fastlane pilot list it will list all the testers regardless of the whether I include a group or not.

I just updated and everything looks to be working now. Thanks for the work on this. This tool really does save me a lot of time managing my beta testers.
Ok, so, it looks like we are going to be able to fix this pretty easily by adding a
limitparam on to our call to the iTC API. Just doing some more testing and then will get this fix pushed. We might need to do the same for groups based on what you mentioned about only seeing the first 14 in your group.Hey @runloop this PR fixes pilot to remove testers from the app-level when no groups are specified.
