fastlane: Modifying In-App Purchase fails with ITC.response.error.OPERATION_FAILED - spaceship

Issue Description

Following the same steps found on this issue: https://github.com/fastlane/fastlane/issues/10216

I still see the OPERATION_FAILED itc response.
