Then, specify:

Steps to Reproduce

- npm install -g create-react-app
- create-react-app my-app … cd my-app/
- npm start
Expected Behavior

Starts the development server.

react-scripts are there but the commant didn’t work, did you mean “npm react-scripts start”?
