What is the current behavior? Errors trying to find version later than 16.x

What is the expected behavior? Automatic resolution of scheduler
Which versions of React, and which browser / OS are affected by this issue? Did this work in previous versions of React? create-react-app v2.1.1

This is not a problem with create-react-app but a react issue. an issue is open in react repo. https://github.com/facebook/react/issues/14208
I have tried installing some of the older create-react-app versions. But still the same error maybe it is something with the scheduler@^16.6.2 package
