Action Performed:

  1. Sign into https://staging.new.expensify.com/r/75431276 on a browser with an expensifail account
  2. Click the search bar in the upper left corner and search for “#expensifail.com” room
  3. Try to add a comment
  4. Verify you get an error (Auth GetRestrictedAuthTokenByEmail returned an error)

Expected Result:

The comment should be added

Actual Result:

Issue not reproducible during KI retests. (Second week)

Was able to reproduce. image

I logged out/in, and cleared cookies + local storage and the issue persists. Even though it shows an error when sending, when I signed back in, I saw messages that went through.
