Ok, I figured something like that and just removed the label to avoid confusion about whether this is an “internal” PR.

Sounds like we need a C+ bat signal in this case.

However, this is still an External issue. So I think what we should do for now (maybe illogical) is add the label and then remove the BZ if we don’t need them for anything?
