eslint: Docs: Error in Pull Requests guide?

These sections in PR guide:

git fetch upstream

Gives me this error:

$ git fetch upstream
fatal: 'upstream' does not appear to be a git repository
fatal: Could not read from remote repository.

Please make sure you have the correct access rights
and the repository exists.

Yeah, we are getting way too far off topic now. Let’s keep this issue discussing what changes we can do to make sure things are clear with respect to rebasing.

Makes sense - maybe we could put a little note with a link to the dev environment guide. Something alone the lines of:

If you haven’t added the upstream source already, follow these instructions before proceeding.
