elm-language-server: Elm LS 2.0 fails to start on coc.nvim

Expected Behavior

Elm LS 2.0 should work with coc.nvim

Current Behavior

After upgrading elm-language-server to 2.0 coc prints the following [coc.nvim] The "languageserver.elmLS" server crashed 5 times in the last 3 minutes. The server will not be restarted.

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1. Upgrade elm-language-server to 2.0 and start Vim

Context

First of all thanks for the wonderful plugin! Not sure what’s going on here, the CocConfig I have is exactly the same as recommended in the README and used to work on 1.7.2. Can you think of any breaking changes that could affect it?
