vscode-csharp: OmniSharp stopped working after update to 1.1.4

Expected behavior

Autocomplete work.

Actual behavior

No autocomplete, exception in omnisharp log:

It was working yesterday before update to 1.1.4 (1.0.11 if I remember right).
