dcrd: syncing orphan blocks before fully synced.
I found an issue on this, and it said that it will add “orphan blocks” and reconcile them later, but my blockchain isn’t fully synced and it’s not resuming the sync but instead adding orphan blocks…

No problem. By the way, if you go to https://decred.org/downloads, there is a link to an installer for the CLI tools which sets up
dcrctland all too, as well as checks the signatures, if you want to go that way. If you prefer to just set it up manually using the binaries, that works too.
