Seems to be Chinese localization problem.

We’ve just re-published 7.1.5 release with fixed localization bundles. Please test it (you can re-download 7.1.5 from dbeaver.io or from GitHub).

Problem with MacOS installer is a different issue (see #9534)

Workaround: use dmg package.
