cypress: Server sent events not showing up in the Cypress browser

Current behavior:
I have an app that uses SSE and it works fine on browser running localhost but the browser that Cypress opens does not show this data coming through
Desired behavior:
It should show the SSE data just like in the regular browser
How to reproduce:
cypress open and then visit the app at localhost

3.0.2.I have not looked at this yet. We are super busy trying to get out our
3.0release - we’re raising money, and we just had a new full time developer start today.I’ll try to get to this soon (or someone else) will but can’t give you a timeline. If 3.0 gets delayed any long we’ll issue a patch release to fix some bugs like this one.
@brian-mann Did you have a chance to look at this yet? What’s the state of play?
We need a simplified reproducible repo to look into this.
