richdocumentscode: fresh Nextcloud 19 install, built-in CODE without Docker: „Es konnte keine Verbindung zum Collabora Online-Server hergestellt werden“ (could not connect to Collabora Online Server)

Fresh install of Nextcloud 19 with CODE server (without Docker): The built-in Collabora server does not work.

Edit: I have seen #26, but in my case there are no errors in the Webserver log, so I assume it’s a different thing.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Install Nextcloud 19 on Ubuntu 20.04 (latest LTS) (MariaDB backend, PHP-FPM, Redis)
Install Collabora-Apps:

“Collabora Online” and
“Collabora Online - Built-in CODE Server”

Manually install packages fontconfig and fuse, restart php-fpm, as seen in a different issue
Try to enable the built-in CODE server. It responds with a red error symbol and „Es konnte keine Verbindung zum Collabora Online-Server hergestellt werden“ (could not connect to the Collabora Online Server).

Expected behavior The built-in CODE server should be enabled and richdocuments should be able to be created/edited.

Awesome!! I cite: “Sir, thank you very much. You set me right on track.” :-] My suspicion was correct: Something went wrong with the update of the Collabora app. I resolved this with these steps:

deinstall Collabora Online app and the Built-in CODE server app
in mysql, DROP all tables named “oc_richdocuments_*”
in mysql, DELETE all rows where app=“richdocuments” form table “oc_migrations”
reinstall Collabora Online app and the Built-in CODE server app Et voila: everything works!

So the reason was that missing column in one of the tables that did not get added upon the update.
