CircuitVerse: 🐞 Bug: Link is not rendered correctly in projects comment section

Describe the bug

Users will have to copy paste text into their browser rather than clicking on it to open in a new or same window (expected behaviour)

Steps To Reproduce

Go to circuitverse.org
Go to a project
look for comments containing link

Expected Behavior

Links should be rendered as anchor tags with target=_blank.
