cgeo: Next bugfix release

Planning of next bugfix release:

Fix for #7647 (OSM tile server)
Fix for #7289 (if testing on nightlies is OK)

I will try to find some time to give the current nightlies a test with respect to the horizontal spinner. But right now I guess it makes more sense to push the next bugfix release without the horizontal spinner and rather have a next feature release from master anyway as it performs good at the moment in the nightlies.

If you have a nightly installed the version code is higher than the version code of the official version. IMHO the playstore then never offers to upgrade. But if you look into the details of the Play store page, you should still see, that the version there is 2019.06.06.

After a review of recent changes on both branches I suggest the following:

Release from current release to have the fix for #7647 out on the market asap
Merge the following PRs (if considered OK) to master next days:
- PR #7659
- PR #7657
- PR #7641
- @cgeo/team Any others?
Some days smoke testing with nightly builds
Merge master to release and publish beta version
Merge other PRs which are more “experimental”, like e.g.:
- PR #7653
- PR #7625

Doing this way we can have a new release (with minimum risk and fix for OSM) asap and the longest possible beta testing period for the reviewed changes and a new playground for fresh changes.
