frigate: [Support]: beta 4 crashing due to running out of memory

Describe the problem you are having

after upgrading to beta 4 the avail memory (8 GB) fills up and the camera feeds stop working in less than 10 minutes reverting to beta 3 runs for days using only a few Mb of memory

I can see this problem in two different machines

no errors are reported in the log until the memory runs out

it appers that beta 4 is not moving recordings to the network drive
