baresip: ICE and dtls_srtp fails with dtls already accepted

Hi Alfred,

i just tested ICE with the current master (9180775cfb58eceb54357dae29dab3830d24b677) branch.

Do you have any idea why connection fails with:

connchk: send_req: CONNCHECK already Pending!
stunsrv: triggered check failed
icecomp: {audio.1} set_selected: invalid state Failed 
dtls_srtp: incoming DTLS connect from 95.179.254.217:53038
dtls_srtp: dtls already accepted (peer = 144.76.152.248:44068)
