amplify-swift: When I launch the app while the wifi is turned OFF, and turn ON the wifi, an unauthorized log message displayed

Describe the bug

When I launch the app while the wifi is turned OFF, and turn ON the wifi while I’m inside the app, an unauthorized log message displayed.

Steps To Reproduce

1. turn the wifi OFF
2. launch your app
3. turn the wifi ON
4. the data store will not sync and an unauthorized message will be displayed in XCode logs

Expected behavior

To start syncing data normally
