amplify-js: AWSPinpointProvider - Initial endpoint update failed
Describe the bug
We have a remote logging system. Suddenly we started to get flooded by AWSPinpointProvider - Initial endpoint update failed errors. This error message doesn’t come with any reason or why is failing or the context or the error

Cannot be reproduced. Is the error fired at https://github.com/aws-amplify/amplify-js/blob/a63261d0f5971cbf4f5a6afebacfe598c56ad0d9/packages/analytics/src/Providers/AWSPinpointProvider.ts#L509
Expected behavior A context of why all the retry failed

@mariotsi @EugeneDraitsev : are you using react-native? There was a recent fix some issue with cache. Could you try 2.2.3-unstable.18 ?
