amplify-cli: Unable to add Sign in with Apple

I am attempting to add Sign In With Apple as a method to sign in. I currently have Google and Facebook as OAuth providers, however, when I attempt to add Sign In With Apple I am getting the following errors on amplify push:
When I check the URL that is given, I am getting an empty page and am not able to see any information.
Expected behavior
I expect Sign in with Apple to be added as an OAuth provider.
Reproduction steps
- Add Google and Facebook as OAuth providers and amplify push.
- Use
amplify update authto add Sign in with Apple as a OAuth provider.
