miele: Miele cIntegration is not loading anymore / Couldn't be reinstalled

The problem

I got the Problem, that the integration after the HA Update 2024.2.1 wouldn’t be loaded anymore:

Then I tried to delete it completely and reinstall it but now I’m not able to do this as this Error occurs:

Error Config flow could not be loaded: 500 Internal Server Error Server got itself in trouble

if I try to install the custom Integration after download it via HACS
