angular: Devtools tab not showing

I can’t see the tab in chrome devtools… I even assigned a shortcut for it and when I use it I get a dialog that says

Angular application running development mode.
Open developer tools, and select the Angular tab.

But it’s still not there

Please provide the expected behavior vs the actual behavior you encountered [Bug Report only]

the tab should show 😛
