word_cloud: Failing to install wordcloud in a virtual env using Python3.8

Description

Failing to install wordcloud package in a venv using Python3.8.

Steps/Code to Reproduce

Have tried below commands. All fail with the same error. pip install wordcloud pip3 install wordcloud==1.8.1 pip3 install wordcloud python3 -m pip install wordcloud

Expected Results

Package installed successfully.
