CudaText: New option 'undo_for_caret_jump' doesn't work as expected

This issue is related to #3261

  • Type aaa, Enter
  • Type bbb
  • Undo, then redo
  • Mouse click to aaa line

Now Ctrl+Z just moves caret back.

@JairoMartinezA, I believe it’s related #3272. That interval was implemented there to make it more convenient for user and more like to ST3/AkelPad.
